No Return / No Refund Policy

  • Returns and refunds are not applicable once the product has been delivered successfully.

Damaged Product Policy

  • If you receive a damaged product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear, uninterrupted video of the package opening (showing the damaged product) is mandatory for verification.
  • Claims without a proper opening video will not be accepted.

Resolution

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the damaged product or
  • Provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion

Henzy reserves the right to accept or reject damage claims after review.
