No Return / No Refund Policy
- Returns and refunds are not applicable once the product has been delivered successfully.
Damaged Product Policy
- If you receive a damaged product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
- A clear, uninterrupted video of the package opening (showing the damaged product) is mandatory for verification.
- Claims without a proper opening video will not be accepted.
Resolution
Once verified, we will:
- Replace the damaged product or
- Provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion
Henzy reserves the right to accept or reject damage claims after review.
